Care Indeed’s team of licensed, registered nurses are now available to administer COVID-19 tests in the comfort of your home. We are committed to protecting our seniors and the most vulnerable members of our community via COVID-19 testing and home health care.Our diagnostic COVID-19 tests enable our Care Indeed clients and tested family members to understand if you have an active coronavirus infection. The test procedure is simple. A swab will be used to collect mucus to be tested for the presence of the virus. If the result is positive, it will be necessary to isolate and take measures to prevent spreading COVID-19 to others.Please remember, seniors are more vulnerable to COVID-19 complications. Older adults with chronic health conditions such as lung disease, heart disease, and kidney disease are especially at risk. According to the CDC, 8 out of 10 deaths in the US were adults age 65 or older. Let’s work together to keep our families and communities safe and well.

There are several precautions you can take to help avoid contracting or spreading COVID-19. These include:

When our caregivers arrive at a client’s home, they disinfect high-traffic surfaces such as tables, sinks, refrigerators, bathrooms, and doorknobs. As we enter the peak flu season, Care Indeed wants to protect the health of our clients and their families by offering flu shots. With the added risk of COVID-19, it’s essential to protect yourself and loved ones by getting your annual flu shot.Keep in mind that symptoms of influenza and COVID-19 are very similar.
