17 years ago, a young lady made the decision to move out of Mexico and go to America to live her dreams. Though unconventional, her story is one of perseverance, commitment, and care– one that translates to those she cares for. There is not one word to fully describe Maria. But if there was one– it’d be dedication.

Maria has been a caregiver for Care Indeed for over 5 years now. Since the beginning, she’s always been known as a radiant personality that goes above and beyond to help the elders she cares for. She’s been awarded as Employee of the Month once before, but her dedication and commitment to her job proves that there is no limit to kindness– having received the award again for the second time.

Everyday, Maria embarks on a journey of compassion and connection. To her, being a caregiver is more than just a job; it's a heartfelt commitment to making a difference in the lives of those she serves. In fact, one of the most rewarding aspects of Maria's role is the opportunity to meet individuals from different walks of life.
