1. What do you like most about your job?

Getting to know clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, with varying needs and illnesses has helped me appreciate flexibility and the opportunities it brings, while also allowing me to explore different coffee shops and pastries in each city.

2. What do you like to do in your spare time?

In my spare time, I enjoy taking long showers, listening to Andrea Bocelli, watching Jeopardy, indulging in ice cream or dining at a small restaurant, and going for leisurely walks or engaging in coloring activities.

3. How would you describe Care Indeed’s culture?

Here at Care Indeed, we stay up-to-date by using the app to clock in and out, conducting training sessions via Zoom for efficient learning, ensuring fast communication, and consistently keeping our team well-informed.

4. What do you think about being the Employee of the Month?

I was pleasantly surprised because I had never considered it could happen, given the caregivers I had met who could also be chosen. I'm incredibly grateful.

5. What advice would you give to your colleagues?

I strive to adhere to Care Indeed's policies and regulations, along with maintaining proper body mechanics. I also prioritize wearing comfortable clothes and shoes while embracing creativity. Furthermore, I make a conscious effort to treat my clients with the same respect, compassion, and empathy that I would want for myself.
