Tell us a little bit about your journey in the healthcare field?
I started my journey at Care Indeed about seven years ago. During this time, I have encountered many experiences that have helped me grow professionally and personally. I have learned to develop patience and empathy, which have been crucial in providing the best care for my clients. These experiences have taught me to think critically and always consider the well-being of the client and myself when making decisions. Overall, my healthcare career journey has been rewarding and challenging. My passion for helping others and nurturing and caring nature drove me to become a professional nurse. I have always felt a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives and to provide comfort and support to those in need. The thought of being able to make a positive impact on someone's life, even in small ways, brings me immense joy and fulfillment. Becoming a nurse was the perfect way to channel my passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in the world. As a nurse, what I like most about my job is the opportunity to interact with and care for people. Whether it's helping someone manage their pain, assisting with their recovery, or simply providing a listening ear and a comforting presence, I am constantly reminded of the importance of my role and the impact I have on others. Being a nurse is more than just a job to me; it's a calling. What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and cleaning my house. These activities allow me to unwind and relax after a busy day at work. Cooking is a creative outlet, and I love experimenting with new recipes and ingredients.How would you describe Care Indeed's culture?
