1. Tell us a little bit about your journey in the healthcare field?
My journey in the healthcare field has been a fulfilling and rewarding one. When I first arrived in the United States five years ago, I had no idea I would end up working as a caregiver. It was only after seeing the incredible work that my sisters-in-law were doing that I became inspired to pursue a career in caregiving. I wanted to make a difference in people's lives, and caregiving seemed perfect.2. What drove you to become a professional caregiver?
What drove me to become a professional caregiver was the desire to help others. I have always been compassionate, and I knew that working as a caregiver would allow me to use my natural talents to positively impact the world. Seeing the joy on my client's faces when I help them with their daily tasks or simply spend time talking with them is incredibly rewarding, and it makes me feel like I am making a difference in the world.3. What do you like most about your job?
What I like most about my job is connecting with my clients. Caregiving is much more than just providing physical care. It's about building relationships, connecting with people on a deep level, and helping them to feel supported and loved. I love getting to know my clients and hearing their stories. When they express their satisfaction and happiness with my caregiving services, it brings me great joy, knowing that I have positively impacted their lives.4. How would you describe Care Indeed's culture?
It's like living in an atmosphere where everyone is treated with respect and dignity. The company values honesty, kindness, and compassion, and it shows how employees are treated. Everyone is encouraged to work together as a team, and there is a strong sense of belongingness. I feel incredibly fortunate to work for a company that values its employees and their work.5. What do you think about being the employee of the month?
Being recognized as the employee of the month is an incredible honor. It makes me feel appreciated for the hard work that I put into my job. It also motivates me to continue doing my best and strive for excellence in everything I do.6. Is there anything you want to share with your colleagues?
To my colleagues, I want to share that although I may not be a perfect caregiver, it's important to be humble, authentic, respectful, and compassionate and to go the extra mile in everything we do. These values are essential in our work and help us provide our clients with the best care possible. I encourage everyone to embrace these values and strive for excellence in everything we do. Together, we can make a difference and provide the best care possible to those most in need.
