As 2025 comes to a close and we step into 2026, I find myself deeply grateful.

This year was not defined only by growth, successful ventures, or renewed relationships—though we are thankful for those. What shaped us most were the challenges. The moments that tested our character, clarified who our real team is, and reminded us what truly matters as leaders.

It is often in the moments of almost–closed doors and near failures that perspective sharpens. Those moments taught us to appreciate the small things—the quiet check-ins, the steady presence of people who did not walk away, the realization that abundance is not always loud or obvious. Sometimes it shows up simply as someone asking, “Are you okay?”

When we were tested the most, we were reminded why home care matters. We saw, up close, the value of our work and the profound impact it has on people’s lives—not just clients, but families who find relief, dignity, and peace of mind through compassionate care.

As we look ahead, our focus in 2026 is clear. We want to invest more deeply in training our caregivers, setting them up for success, and creating opportunities for growth. We want to support those who feel called to step into the next chapter of their journey—whether that means becoming a CNA or continuing to build a meaningful career within Care Indeed.

My hope for the year ahead is simple but powerful: More clients with access to quality, person-centered care. More family members able to rest, breathe, and trust. More partners who believe in relationships built on integrity, purpose, and mutual respect.

As we move forward, we do so with humility, gratitude, and renewed commitment—knowing that the work we do matters, especially in the moments when it is hardest.
