If you're a care provider for a loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia, you are not alone. Caring for someone can be overwhelming — and those outside the caregiving circle don't always understand. That's why we're bringing Hope to Cope to Coterie Cathedral Hill.
This support group offers a safe space where families can come together to share experiences, challenges, and successes in caring for someone with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. Together, we'll help you find the strength to keep going, build meaningful connections, and access the resources you need to support your physical and mental health.
Led by: Monica Nowakowski, LCSW
This is a private event open exclusively to Coterie Cathedral Hill residents and staff.
