Join Care Indeed on Wednesday, August 19th at 11:00 a.m. PST for a session with Cognitive Expert Beth Corwin. Beth will examine what Dementia is and isn't, and preventive measures to consider. This very informative talk will cover new things you may not know about the condition, including dangerous daily habits that may pose risks.

Special guest speaker and President of Indie Physical Therapy, Geoff Fong, PT will discuss this and strategies you can employ today to move your life in a more positive direction. What To Bring Wear comfortable clothing for movement. We provide props used during class Parking Instructions Metered and non-metered street parking as well as self-pay garages are located nearby. Parking can be difficult, so allow extra time, or consider using public transportation, rideshares or taxi. The #1, #2 and #33 SF Muni buses have stops within a block of our facility.
